It's already in there.
You train, you analyze, you take care of your body. The work is done. And yet, a match sometimes feels different from a training session.
Do you recognize this?
-
Lingering in your head for a moment after a mistake.
-
Become more cautious as the result approaches.
-
Think more and do less.
-
Becoming quieter towards your teammates when things aren't going well.
That is not a weakness. Every mind reacts to tension that way, even that of the very best. And you can learn to deal with it, just as you have trained everything else.

what I look at.
I look at performance on 3 levels.
you.
Focus, confidence, handling nerves and setbacks. You don't have to stop feeling nervous. You learn what you can do when you feel it.
the moment.
Routines and small anchors that you take from training to competition, so that what you know also works when it counts.
the people around you.
Coaches, staff, teammates and your environment all play a part in determining how free you feel. Where it helps, I involve them.

how we work together.
for athletes
An individual program at your own pace. We start from moments you bring up yourself and work towards something you can use in the next match or competition phase. We decide together what I share with your coach or club.
for teams
Workshops and programs for teams that want to stay connected when things get tough. How do we deal with mistakes, expectations, and difficult periods, and what do we need from each other during those times?
for staff
As a coach or staff member, you are under pressure yourself, and there is rarely room for that. I work with you on communication and feedback, so that your work resonates even better with the athletes.
Every collaboration starts with an introduction: no test, just a conversation.
who I am.
I am Nasilevitch Glorieux, mental performance coach and founder of actasports. I guide athletes and teams who want to perform more freely.
Since 2021, I have been coaching entrepreneurs and leaders at Acta Management. There, I saw how people who are capable of anything still get stuck when the stakes rise, and how little it helps to tell them what they already know.
I delved into sports psychology and mental performance. actasports is the logical consequence of that.
My conviction is simple. High performance is not doing more. It is being free enough to do what you can already do.
